Rates of stress and anxiety are increasing and it’s estimated that 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our lives. HeroFront Bitesize is my weekly podcast for your mid-week motivation jump-start to get you fired up. Every other week I’ll be featuring inspirational stories and practical tips from some of my former guests. Today’s clip is from episode 3 of the podcast with MSgt Blythe Cooley. Blythe discusses her journey as a young and naive Airman who got so low she sadly tried to take her own life. Thankfully, she survived and has used her journey to inspire others.  She discusses that most things are temporary, the importance of self love and knowing your resources, and controlling only what you can control.
